Shipping Policy

HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE?

Order Cut-Off Time: 6PM  (CST) Monday to Friday.

After receiving the order, it will take us 1-3 days to prepare the goods and send them out

Standard shipping takes 7 -15 days for your shipment to reach you.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Our shipping cost for each order is $6.99. This cost you will pay along with the purchase cost.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your item is prepared and shipped we will send an email informing you of your order status and estimated arrival date.

ORDER IS DELAYED

If your order is late, start by checking that the address in the confirmation email is correct, including your apartment number (if applicable).

There are shipping companies that are experiencing unusual delays or have even lost your shipment. If so, please contact us, we will contact the carrier for you to work with them.

Note: We will not take any responsibility for lost shipments due to the shipping company or due to you providing incorrect delivery information.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

In case you discover the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. In most cases, we will be able to make the required change to your order before it goes into production or change your address before shipping.

If your order has been shipped to the wrong address, the only thing that can be done is to wait for the shipping company to return your order to us so we can resend it to the correct address.
